re: what grade to teach

There are two male teachers at my elementary school. One of them is a 2nd grade teacher and the other one 3rd grade. They are both excellent teachers! I really like having the male point of view on my team. My team is really close, and I think he might get a little uncomfortable with some of the issues we discuss, but he deals with it well.
