This is a prime example of why sp. ed. students should be pulled to the resource room for at least some of their classes. The NCLB did not stop and think it through where sp. ed is concerned. Having schools repremanded because the sp. ed students bring their scores down is also rediculous. Think of how frustrated teachers are, now double that and you might get just how frustrated these sp. ed students are. dee
