I firmly believe we should take our days when sick ~however I'd like to know how you get plans in when you call in that very day. Whenever I know in advance that I need to be out it takes HOURS to get my plans ready for a sub. What am I missing here? I'm not a new teacher,I've been here for 15 years. How does this work if there are no plans ready?
