Well, I know prople who lost wieght by being bulemic and anorexic. But you probably want something healthy. So...try pushing away from the table. SMALL portions and VERY LOW-no Carbs and exercise is what you have to do. I started a no carb diet today and at lunch the cafteria had mashed potatoes. I went off my diet. Oh well there's always tomorrow....Good luck to you. If you find something that really works let us know.
