Here's something to think about. I, too, get frustrated with disipline sometimes. It seems so obvious that the kid should be in trouble for what he did, however, there is no proof. The administration could easily be taken to court for the disiplinary action towards him. Nowadays, courts will most likely take the word of a parent/student in court over an adminstrator, teacher, etc. It's sad, but true. I've heard of it happening, and the adminstrator got sued!
