I am Head Room-Mom for my daughters 1st grade class, and am busy planning our Valentine bash. I believe it is the room mom's job to serve the teacher and the class according to their needs, and not her own. I hope you have a smoother year, and your moms wake up and take their roles more seriously. It should be a fun relaxing time for the kids and the teacher, not just a big headache... Blessings to you!
