Chairs By Kathy

I went to a conference recently that noted that the chairs children sit in are uncomfortable and not made to sit in for more than 20 minutes (not sure of the time, but it wasn't very long!) That was a revelation to me after wondering all these years why the kids were squirming all over the place!

I think frequent breaks throughout the day can really make a difference with wigglers. (And believe me I have a classroom of them!!)
