HF Word Games

My K's like to play "Around the World" using our high frequency words. Another game is to divide the class into 2-4 teams -- depending on how many children you have in your class. They take turns rolling a die and drawing a HF word card. If they can name the word they get points according to the number they rolled on the die. The team with the most points wins. I usually give treats to all -- they are all winners!
