5th or 6th By Kate

I have not used Roll of Thunder, but I personally love the book. I looked it up on a guided reading leveled list and it is a 'level W'.

If you are not familiar with leveled list that comes out to be end of 5th, beginning of 6th grade. The level is based not only on vocabulary, but also topics and themes.

If I can remember correctly, I think I read the book in 5th grade.
