If you take Freezer Paper plastic coated. Can be purchased at mostly any stores. Take a fine tip marker apply freezer paper shiny size down on any picture and trace out line. Then with any color felt place freezer paper down shiny size on felt.
with a warm iron gently warm freezer paper to felt them cut out picture. You can use a glue gun or tacy glue to add to felt piece to make the dementional. Good Luck e-mail me any time.
