reading groups

It is difficult to have reading group with small children even in Kindergarten. It is really more appropriate to begin after the Xmas holidays when perhaps most of the children may be more ready and more age-appropriate then. I would incorporate this your job list. I would appoint a child to be a helper to remind others of what they should be doing and if they have a question to ask this child. Of course you would still have to handle the discipline yourself.
