Out of Control

I am a first year teacher and I am getting very frustrated with the ridiculous behavior of three or four of my students. It is getting to the point that they are agitating the students who work hard to do their best. I think some of my students think I am crazy because I spend so much time praising the good behaviors, but give that mean teacher look to difficult students several times a day. How do I reel the REALLY challenging students back in?
