Instructional Fair published a workbook in 1991 called Contemporary Cursive--each letter is repeated, then a proper noun and a common noun are given--with room to write each twice--and then an alliterative sentence is given, with room to write 1x. "Busy, bronze bees buzz beautiful buttercups" and on the back (front actually, I switched the pages around!) is place to practice the letter, upper and lowercase, and about 5 words with that letter--2 uppercase, 3 lowercase.
