Our report cards are based on the standards and we have different symbols for proficient (*), partially proficient(+) or not proficient (checkmark). As was suggested earlier, you can make a spreadsheet, have each student's name and each standard ready, and fill in the symbols. Once you have everything made up, filling things in are fairly easy.
Do you have to do this for your class only or is is a grade level thing where you might have some help? I wish you the best of luck!
