what its like here

I live in a fairly poor, rural area with lots of family ups and downs in lots of my families, and lots of parents who work odd hours or can't be home after school. I am really trying hard and seeing some improvement, but not as much as I would wish. I don't know if I am giving them too many chances...sometimes maybe yes, sometimes no. sometimes i am not sure what sort of consequence to use. or i make bad choices. but i try.
