Thank goodness we aren't alone!

Wow...Amy, your class sounds just like mine! I had never even heard of Selective Mutism before until this girl stepped into my class. I also have 11 in resourse special ed and 3 additional students who are mainstreamed. Glad to know I am not the only one! The only real difference between our classes is that, because of my location in the country, my class of 35 contains 34 ELLs. And the one that is the EO (english only) is the girl who doesn't talk!
