Clip to ScrapBook
We, too, are responsible for community service projects each quarter. I enjoy it....it's a time for the kids to really shine!
The first quarter we went to a local soup kitchen...the kids did everything from peeling vegetables, stocking shelves, cooking and cleaning. It was a real "eye-opener" for our students.
Last quarter we sent supplies to our troops in Iraq. It was surprising at the things the soldiers were in dire need of....from toiletries to rat traps!
Hope this helps!
