I don't have anything specific, but something to do with fingerprints might be fun.

I did do a compare/contrast lesson once with fingerprints.... arcs, whorls, etc.

Also something with footprints, maybe.

And hey what about chalk outlines, and that yellow "Do not cross police line" crime scene tape?

Now I'm just starting to think of gross stuff.... autopsy reports, stomach contents and such. I don't know about yours, but I think my second graders would LOVE that. (Don't know about the admin tho....lol)
