venting....

its just more FUN to vent and find a sympathetic ear and often some good feedback.Too often our colleagues won't serve as a sounding board as they are too eager to appear superior. I only wish that we were sure that our audience on these boards were all fellow teachers and not others not practicing the profession eager to find new material to criticize us with.I am a parent as well as a teacher but I always try to be clear which 'hat' I'm wearing as I look at a situation
