Graduation of....

All I can say is it's marvelous. Alot of families are going through situations just like in the book...single parent, grandparent suffering from Alzheimer's. It makes a wonderful literature circle book. We made a scrapbook that detailed the book from beginning to end. We also did a plot graph...we graphed the excitement of each chapter. We did chapter summaries, interviewed grandparents, had a "caretaker" come to the classroom to explain Alzheimer's in detail, and then we did the "hot seat".As you can see, the ideas are endless.
