Lizard
By Phyllis

Clip to ScrapBook
My class has an anole - the small green/brown lizard that lives in Florida. It is a very satisfactory pet - no mess, noise, danger, out of control reproduction, etc. It lives in a dry fish tank with a good lid. It does need a light to provide warmth, and we feed it small crickets bought from a pet store. There are other varities of lizards available. My principal does not want student to touch a pet, so it is not exactly cuddly, but the best we could do, under the circumstances.
