curves By Connie

I joined Curves last August. It is on the way home from school. I stop in and in 30 minutes I'm finished. After school it is loaded with teachers. My family has been very supportive of this. I needed to tone up and it seems to be working. The first month I lost 10 inches and am loosing weight now with no diet.

There are 2 new 30 min work out places opening in my area. They seem to be like Curves. I think you will like it if you try it.
