confidentiality

Many new subs are unaware of strict confidential laws. Some of them go through records and ask students why they are put in special placement.A sub isn't allowed to sub at an alternative school because she
1. ask a student why they were in that facility
2. read some confidential forms and was caught doing this by an aid who reported her to the principal. You had better cover your rear end or else you might get into deep trouble by being careless giving out a student's name.
