teacher's that don't get along

The biggest probelm in my school is teachers
that can not get along with everyone... teachers
need to be in control of everyone and everything, and teachers that have to have things their own way. Spoiled rotten!!! Working in a non-public school there is no union, so I can not file a grievance, and my principal doesn't care what goes on. He is the major problem in this situation....always on the phone and never visting the classrooms and leaving a contoller in charge. That is the biggest problem at my school.
