Logical reward

I'm the librarian in two schools, and each one handles AR "rewards" differently. School #1 sets up a junk store at the end of each quarter and the students "spend" their points. Chaos! In school #2 , individual goals are set for each student each quarter and the VERY MOMENT the student reaches that goal s/he is given a "certificate" which he brings to the library. There we have set up an AR Rewards Bookstore and the student can choose ANY book to keep. Instant gratification and logical reward. Guess which one is my favorite !
