I know exactly how you feel. I had a very bad day too. I just have a very difficult class and sometimes I feel like it's me. But other teachers say that it's my class and they are just challenging. I have not said anything to a parent before but I have said things to students that I wished I could take back. They weren't horrible things but I could have reworded things or just let the situation go. Remember we are only humans. Hope you have a better day.
