Sorry for the grammatical mistake in my previous message.
I forgot to mention I highlight the space in my planbook where I need a copy of something, or cut construction paper, or I am missing something. Then the night before when I leave for the day, I check my highlighted areas to be sure I have the copies I need.
Hope this helps. I find that when I interrupt my thoughts when planning, I get far less done, so I try to find whatever way possible that I can just sit, think, and write.
