You will need WHite Icing, Green food coloring, M&M's(Christmas ones, Sugar Cookies and Sugar Ice Cream Cones. The sugar cookie is the base. Put some White Icing on the cookie. Then make some of your white icing, green. Take the green icing and cover the ice cream cone. Take the cone and turn it upside down and put it on the sugar cookie. THen take M&M and use them as the ornaments. Sometimes, I will buy little chocolate christmas gift and put them at the base of the tree.
