slim down with oatmeal

It is whatever can be worked into a busy teaching schedule. On teaching days, there may be only time enough to do one bowl. It is not meant to replace regular meals. It is best a couple hours before dinner. If one feels like it, another bowl can be eaten later on after the first bowl.
I eat oatmeal to help heal my stomach from coffee acid. After eating it for a few days, I noticed that my waistline slimmed down considerably.
Oatmeal is hard to get down. The ice-water helps tolerate the pasty taste.
