eggs
By Vicky

Clip to ScrapBook
I put the eggs in the pot with water to cover. AS soon as the water boils, I turn it off and let the eggs sit 10 to 15 min. I peel them under running cold water. Just a tiny stream is necessary adn it saves a lot of egg! I put a bit of salt and a bit of vinegar in the water because that's what my Mamma did. She said that it help seal cracks and center the yolks. My do usually turn out pretty with out that ugly yellow ring. Good luck with Atkins!
