Lesson Plans

All the fourth grade teachers got so bogged down by lesson plans that we decided to departmentalize our lesson plans. Basically, we each take a subject and do that one and just Xerox copies for each other and turn them in. It has been SOOOOO easy to just worry about one subject. OF course, this is 4th grade so you might just have one subject if you teach jr./high school. But if you are stressed about doing lesson plans for all subjects, it is such a relief to only do one subject. It has REALLY worked.
