sub plans

Not to belittle the related arts teachers, but don't they also get paid the same as us? Our music teacher just leaves a video when she's out. Our PE teacher leaves the same plan for the entire day. When our media specialist is out, we don't even have a sub for her. It must be nice to have a job where you don't have to worry about such detailed lesson plans and don't have to worry about having kids pass the state tests. Maybe we both went into the wrong specialty. We should have been music teachers.
