Game Day

I send out a survey asking if parents can come in at a set time every week. Those who volunteer (ALL OF THEM) come in for an hour every Thursday. In this time, they work in small groups, and I have them run 4-5 centers and I do assessment. They may work on the same project a week that needs a lot of guidance or do 10 minute mini-lessons with each group. It also allows me to work one-on-one with students who need remediation or challenges. It really works well and each child gets extra support with tasks.
