I do not substitute at a school when that has been a pattern.
One situation I was at a school to do a 5th grade class. I accepted the assignment well in advance.
I was forced to wait in the teacher's lounge for almost an hour. I was then placed in a supportive/babysiting role.
I called the substitute teacher office & went to another school.
At another school three of us substitutes were moved around/reassigned. We all balked & were returned to our accepted/original assignments.

I hate this & will not tolerate this.
