I don't remember the website, but there is one I did a search for that actually gives sample interview questions for teachers! I've been in on the interview process and some typical questions include:
1. What are your strengths? Weaknesses?
2. How do you handle discipline issues?
3. Do you think of yourself as a "team player"?
4. What curriculum are you familiar with?
5. What age group do you prefer?
6. What reading levels do you feel most comfortable teaching?
7. Describe one specific lesson you did that you felt was successful.
