can't take much more

I work in a school outside of my own district, I travel 45 minutes each way, leave my children and go to a school where I feel miserable. All the teachers know each other, even the new ones, and I'm the odd one out. I only have 15 students, less than the other teachers so I am expected not to complain. My kids don't listen to me and the admin at my school expect me to raise reading levels and math scores, I hate it. But I need the money.......I feel like I am stuck with no way out.
