I also live in Houston. I am still going back and forth between what college to go to. I am at Houston Community right now. I would like to go to U of H main campus since everyone in my family has, but I went to one of those Cougar Preview days and at the session for elementary education they handed out these degree plans. They had college algebra, finite math, and statistics on there. That was about 2 years ago, so it may have changed. Do you really have to take all that math just for early childhood-4th?
