Clip to ScrapBook
We have used Saxon for numerous years. I used to be a big fan, but now I am not so sure. I like parts of Saxon. In 3rd grade I like having the loose papers instead of a text book. I do not like the way the program jumps around from concept to concept. Some kids need more than one problem on the assignment to catch on to the concept. If a new student moves in, it is hard to catch them up with the rest of the class. I think that I would like to try a textbook next time.
