disrespectful student
By Been there

Clip to ScrapBook
Angie, you have my sympathies! One of my young students told me to "be quiet" on Monday morning. He came in angry, saw he had missed a question on a test, and proceeded to argue that I had said the word wrong. Luckily, I had the support of my principal and his parents, but it was shocking to be spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully by a young child. He was punished by his parents and the school, but I'm not sure the underlying causes of his misbehavior are being addressed, so he continues to be disruptive and irritating during lessons.
