RE: positive plan

My school has trained EVERYONE of it's staff in KAGAN training. It is positive while dealing with the bad apples. Combined with the school district plan of using FRED JONES, it has given me an arsenal of stratiegies that keep my problems to a minimum. My school has conduct cards that we start in third grade. As a team we reward the good kids with extra (no cost) things that we play during recess and all the other kids watch. My personal class of problem children have gone down to three. And even they have good weeks that I can reward.
