Not Working...

I have student(s) like that myself...Notice I said student.s.s.(plural). Getting them to do their work is like having wisdom teeth pulled with no sedative. I'm not completely 100% certain about homelife, but I try to remember what it was like for me as a child. First & foremost, the child him/herself have to be motivated...and how you do that I'm still trying to figure it out. One thing that has helped, though, is to find out what they like to do and try to work it in...drawing? sports?Good luck and I'm looking for answers, too.
