Summer Pre-K program

I just got hired as a teacher for a "college for kids" that a local community college sponsers. I'm going to be teaching the pre-k program. It will be 12 to 15 kiddos who will be going into kindergarten in the fall. I will only have each group for one week, so I need to come up with some good activities that I can use for just one week. Also, the director of the program told me that I could make it theme-based, as long as I didn't use an underwater theme because someone else is doing that. Any spectacular ideas for me? =)
