Clay pots
By Janine

Clip to ScrapBook
If you have a Michael's (craft store) near you, start watching for the clay pots to go on sale 3 for $1. Have the kids paint them as they wish, or you could have them paint a face and plant grass for the hair (depending on the grade level).

If you have an Ikea near you, you can purchase wooden frames 3 for $1.50. They are also cute painted.

Hopefully, these ideas are helpful to get you started. Smart thinking for starting so early. I always seem to wait til the last minute, and have to pay full price for supplies.
