My situation

I plan on terminating my contract in December. My husband will have to go to Iraq for a year. We have one 2 year old and another on the way. I live 300 miles from my nearest relative and 80 miles from my doctor. My resignation will go in front of the board on Dec 8. My principal thinks that the only repercussion for me will be that I will be charged a fine. She said that she would still write a letter of rec. for me. Maybe my situation is different than yours, but you won't know until you check into it.
