Don't forget to ask for a health care aide for those times when she will be in a wheel chair and need help getting to and from the potty, to and from lunch or help with the hot lunch line, also recess and getting to and from the bus while in a wheel chair. the need for a bus with a wheel chair lift should also be addressed...since she will have a wheel chair upon occasion. don't forget that she would also qualify for a home bound teacher if she needs to miss school because of medical reasons...
