Clip to ScrapBook
If this young teacher is not setting appropriate boundaries for himself and his students, it is not just his problem -- although it may become a very big problem for him down the line. I have seen this kind of thing before with one young male teacher. I thought, "Oh, what is the big deal?" when other teachers told me I should speak with him about it (we were neighbors as well as colleagues). Well, the bottom line is: he no longer has a teaching job. Physical boundary issues are EVERYONE's problem. The issue is who the right person to address this with him is.
