What can you do to motivate a gifted child? My son has been tested, had an IQ between 145-150. He is 7 years old. The problem is that he does not want to do anything except watching TV. He gives up easily, says -I can't do it, and throws things away. Everything seems to be a struggle, he has no desire to learn what is being taught. he loves art, Egypt, construction, trucks and scary stuff. I do not know how to stimulate him and how to get him to love to learn. Please help me.
