In 2002, a classroom of grade 5 and 6 students formed a Peace Club to stamp our bullying in their school. They participated in the Y100 Community Program at the Rocky Mountain YMCA and used their Y100 learning to create an "Anti-Bullying Awareness Day" for their school. Older children were buddied with younger ones to allow an opportunity for other grades to get to know one another - breaking the stereotypes between the different ages.
