I cannot imagine why anyone would NOT send a Thank You note to a child.As a parent I have for the past 27 years insisted that my own children send Thank You notes. If parents today are not doing the same at least I as a teacher can do my best to teach basic courtesy to my second graders. Plus they love to get their very own mail.I think computer created and printed cards are fine as well as handwritten notes on cute holiday note cards. Short and sweet and in manuscript writing just like I use in school so kids can read it themselves.
