At one faculty party we had a few years ago everyone wrote down one interesting/unbelievable fact about themselves. Our principal read them one by one and you tried to guess who the fact was about. She allowed three guesses. If you guessed correctly then you got a prize. If no one could guess, then the person who the fact was about got a prize. However, the twist was, you could take someone else's gift, if you liked it. Kind of a different twist on "Dirty Santa" if you've ever heard of that game. It was fun, and I learned a lot about my colleagues!
